Mark Staniszewski began grappling at the age of 13. An accomplished wrestler in both high school and college, Mark easily transitioned into the fighting sports of Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. Staniszewski is an active international competitor with an impressive tournament record that spans over two decades. A Judo black belt and a ranking Gracie Jiu-Jitsu fighter under childhood friend UFC veteran Matt Serra, Staniszewski brings a wealth of knowledge to the school.

Mike Arcuri is a Judo black belt with over twenty years of experience. An accomplished wrestler in high school and college, Mike gravitated toward the sport of Judo. Earning his black belt under Tom Dalvano and currently a Serra Jiu-Jitsu practitioner at the Combat Judo Academy, Arcuri is an asset to all looking to gain that competitive edge.

Rich Is a Graduate of the Budo Specialization Course at Kokusai Budo Daigaku (International Budo University) in Katsuura City, Japan. Earning a Black Belt under the Yoichiro Matsumura 8th Dan (NYAC) via Kokushikan University. Sensei Scholl has over Twenty (20) years of Judo and Mixed Martial Arts Training (Muay Thai, Arnis Balite, Kali, BJJ). Sensei Scholl has trained under the supervision of such instructors as World Champion Katsuhiko Kashiwazaki (IBU), World Champion and Olympic Medalist Tadanori Koshino (IBU), Ryuji Bunasawa 7th Dan (IBU), Toshikazu Okada 6th Dan (Kodokan), George Pasiuk 6th Dan (NYAC) as well as several Olympic and Judo Champions both here in the United States and abroad. Sensei Scholl brings Traditional Japanese teaching methods into this Modern Judo / MMA setting.

Mike helps run the kids wrestling & Judo programs. He is a valuable addition to our staff.

Maria has over 20 years experience in martial arts and hold black belts in both Karate and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. She is a great asset to our staff and anyone who wants to gain a competitive edge.
